From Basingstoke (and the M3 Junction 6)

Exit the M3 at Junction 6 and follow signs to the A339 to Alton, under the motorway bridge take your first turning right to Alresford, Cliddesden and the Candovers on the B3046. Continue along this road for approx. 6 miles until you come to Preston Candover. Go past the village sign, on your left hand side are some cottages with iron railings, and then two lodge cottages either side of a private drive. Turn left here. Continue up the drive for approx. 1 mile. When you reach the end bear left to a wooden gate, the gate will open away from you when you drive up to it. Drive around the bend and through the farmyard. The Estate Office can be seen on your right hand side, opposite a stable yard. There will be cars parked outside the office. Please note if you drive into the main village of Preston Candover you have gone past the entrance for Moundsmere.

From Winchester (and the M3 Junction 9)

Take the A33 for Basingstoke. On the first part of the dual carriageway turn right for the Candovers. Continue along this road, at the ‘T’ junction opposite the Woolpack Inn turn left. Continue along this road, through Brown Candover, Chilton Candover and Preston Candover. Approx. half a mile from the main village of Preston Candover there is a private drive on your right hand side with a lodge cottage either side, (further along are some cottages with iron railings). Turn right through the lodge cottages and follow the directions in bold above to the Estate Office.

From Alton

Take the A339 for Basingstoke. Take the 4th turning on the left (after approx. 5 miles) to Preston Candover, Burkham and Bradley. At the ‘T’ junction turn left to Preston Candover. At the next ‘T’ junction turn right for Axford and Basingstoke, then take the first right (a private drive with lodge cottages). Follow the directions in bold above to the Estate Office.

Back Drive directions. Sat Nav may bring you in via the back drive. If so carry on along the back drive until you come to a pair of wooden gates, the gates will open away from you as you drive towards them. The Estate Office is just beyond the gates.
