Clive Hancock

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Clive has been involved in farm and estate management for over 30 years. He is a native to Southern England having been born near Brighton and studied at Plumpton Agricultural College in East Sussex and later at Reading University. Clive specialises in rural business and estate management and arable crop production.
Clive has an OND in Agriculture, has studied at the University of Minnesota, USA and has a master’s degree (MSc) in Rural Land and Business Management from the University of Reading. He is a past John Edgar Management Development Scheme Scholar, is a Fellow of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (FBIAC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Agricultural Management (FIAgrM). He is a BASIS and FACTS qualified agronomy advisor holding both the BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection and the Diploma in Agronomy. He is a current member of the BASIS Professional Register (MBPR), the BASIS Environmental Advisors Register and the Fertiliser Advisors Certification and Training Scheme.
Tracey Chuter

Tracey Chuter heads up our letting department. Tracey has many years of experience in property letting, has undergone training by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).
Tracey has achieved the Technical Award of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). She is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
Lucy Chuter

DIRECTOR
Lucy joined Moundsmere Estate Management in 2008 and became a director in 2024. Lucy has a wide range of relevant skill sets and is a qualified Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (FARLA) and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Lucy manages property portfolios, property purchases and sales and assists with residential lettings. She also project manages planning applications and property improvements and specialises in residential property letting legislation and compliance.
Lucy oversees the bookkeeping and administration for a number of clients and is able to advise on best practice.
Jack White

MANAGEMENT ADVISOR
Jack has joined the team as farm advisor, he has a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from Nottingham University. Jack specialises in advising on environmental stewardship schemes and other agricultural grant applications, alongside general farm and estate advisory work.
Jack has qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV). Jack is a qualified crop nutrition advisor and a member of the Fertiliser Advisors Certification Scheme (FACTS) and is a member of the BASIS Environmental Advisors Register.
Tom Morris-Eyton

MANAGEMENT ADVISOR
Tom has grown up on a family farm in Shropshire, having graduated at Edinburgh University moved into the rural profession. He previously spent 5 years working in Buckinghamshire which included working for the Waddesdon Estate.
Tom spends a lot of his time on estate management matters and is involved in assisting with the management of the Herriard Estate along with a number of other clients. He has a particular interest in Natural Capital. Tom has qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).
Liz Thompson

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Liz joined Moundsmere in October 2019 as an accounts administrator having had many years’ experience in office administration and finance.
Liz looks after accounts, payrolls, rents and VAT for a number of estates and farms.
In May 2021, Liz completed AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting and has recently joined the Institute of Agricultural Secretaries and Administrators as an Associate Member.
Megan Walker

TRAINEE BOOKKEEPER
Having grown up on the family dairy farm in Gloucestershire, Megan joined the team in 2023, returning to the agricultural industry following administrative roles in professional sport.
Megan is currently studying towards her AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting and is member of the Institute of Agricultural Secretaries and Administrators.
Chris Wheelwright

DIRECTOR
After leaving Seale Hayne Agricultural College Chris went to the Fens as a manager for a major farming company before moving south 35 years ago and became a regional manager for their operations in Southern England.
Chris is farming advisor to many substantial landowners in the South of England.
Chris has been instrumental in the radical restructuring of several farm businesses.
Chris is BASIS and FACTS qualified.
