From £20 per hour depending on day of week and time.

Minimum of 3 hours to include set up and tidy up time.

£275 (incl VAT)

1800 to 2300 plus 0900 to 1100 on the next day for tidy up.

The Wellhouse £10 per hour or £36 for 4 hour block. The Main Hall from £12 to 18 per hour depending on time and day. The Lounge £9 per hour or £32 for 4 hour block.

Health and Wellbeing rates are subject to joining our Practitioner community.

Our package costs from £1,200 to £1,500 including VAT, depending on the month

From Friday 1800, Saturday until 23:00 and then Sunday 0900 to 12 noon

Alternatively you can create your own package by selecting the individual facilities your require.

Please note:

A minimum booking slot of 3 hours and this must include setting-up and tidy up time.
The hirer must be over the age of 21 and in attendance throughout the booking
A Security Deposit may be required to reserve the booking and will act as a security deposit to cover any losses or damages. The deposit will normally be returned within 10 working days after the event.
The Wellhouse has no wheelchair access or kitchen facility
Beech residents who are Members of the Charity are entitled to Member rates.

Sound and lighting

A professional sound, light and projection system. Connect via Bluetooth, 3.5mm or HDMI.

Background music system: Perfect for dinner parties or events where background music is all that is needed.	£25
