Spaces
The Main Hall seats up to 100 guests for your wedding breakfast, and the Lounge/Bar area provides a separate space for drinks. The car park (37 spaces) and village green are yours for the day, perfect for welcoming guests with drinks in the sunshine. The village green also has children’s play equipment for your younger guests.
Furniture & crockery
15 rectangular tables, 100 chairs, and 100 place settings of crockery and cutlery are all included.
Sound, AV & lighting
Integrated PA system with radio microphone for speeches. Disco-quality sound and laser lighting system for your evening reception. Projector, screen, laptop and HDMI cable. Bluetooth connectivity for playlists, or bring a live band or external DJ.
Welcome display
Our entrance has a large digital welcome display, included in your hire. Send us a PDF of your favourite photos in advance and we’ll load them so your slideshow is playing automatically when your guests arrive, no setup on the day, no cables to fuss with. Just a warm, personal welcome.
Catering
A catering-standard kitchen with oven, hob, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hot water, ready for whichever caterer you choose.

From Friday 1800, Saturday until 23:00 and then Sunday 0900 to 12 noon

A £200 security deposit confirms your booking, returnable within 10 working days after the event. The remaining hire charge is due 30 days before the day. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

• We have our own village green with a children’s play area, so your guests can play indoors and outdoors!
• Our large Main Hall gives ample space for play and games. The high ceiling will even accommodate a bouncy castle and the lounge space enables parents to sit and relax!
• Our commercial grade kitchen enables you to prepare great party food!
• Our Welcome screen allows you to share your own photos

What’s included:

Hire of the Main Hall and Lounge/Bar	Up to 4 hours for: Set up, Party, Tidy up
Catering facilities	Use of all kitchen facilities. Includes cooker, microwave, heated cupboard, hot water dispenser, dishwasher & fridge / freezer.
Tables and chairs	10 tables 60 chairs
Sound & lighting	Children’s party pack: Enjoy spectacular coloured, moving laser lights, for play and dance at a moderate volume. Connection via Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack input to phone, tablet or computer.

1. Soft play equipment is NOT included and for illustration purposes only
2. Alternatively, you can configure your own Children’s Party options using our online booking system:
   1. Prices start from £66 for a minimum of 3 hours hire of the Main Hall only for set up, party and tidy up.
3. Bouncy castles
   1. Height is not normally an issue (at the partition end of the hall). The Height of the cross beam from floor is 9’3″,
   2. The gap from partition to cross beam to the partition wall is 4 metres (13′ 1.5″).

Please remember to review your insurance cover as the village hall does not provide cover for bouncy castles and their usage
