Beech Village Hall is a wheelchair friendly venue and the Main Hall aims to be fully accessible. In addition our Main Hall is fitted with a ‘Hearing Loop’.

We offer a free of charge essential companion ticket to those that need to be accompanied during their visit. Please let us know in advance if you require this and bring proof of eligibility on the day (eg PIP/DLA letter, Blue Badge, Access Card)
Your companion must accompany you throughout your visit and be able to provide any necessary assistance. This scheme applies to all events where standard admission charges apply, but the companion will need to purchase their own ticket if they wish to dine at a catered event. Please note that essential companion tickets are not physical tickets; we will simply have a +1 note when you arrive at the door.
