This session is designed to help you:
Release stress and tension
Rebalance your energy
Calm the mind and nervous system
Drop into a meditative, healing state
You’ll be guided through gentle sound vibrations while receiving a mini Reiki treatment, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind.
What to expect:
• Guided relaxation
• Sound bath (instruments may include gongs, singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments)
• Reiki energy healing
• Peaceful, safe environmen
Spaces are limited to 6 people only.
This ensures a personal and deeply supportive experience.
What to bring:
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on.
A blanket and pillow.
A bottle of water to rehydrate afterwards.
Wear comfy clothes.
