Laugh, dance and make memories, Beech Village Hall is a beautiful, spacious venue set in the Hampshire countryside, just minutes from Alton. Fairy lights twinkle on the beams, your child’s favourite photos greet guests on our welcome screen, and their favourite playlist fills the hall through our sound system, while you relax in the lounge with the other parents. With a private hall that’s all yours and a village green where the fun can carry on outside, it’s the perfect setting for a truly magical children’s party

Beech Village Hall is a fantastic space to use, with excellent facilities. From start to finish, the communication and information provided was brilliant!     Why choose Beech Village Hall for your health & wellbeing practice?

    Beech Village Hall offers a calm, welcoming and professional setting where your clients can feel supported and restored — and where your wellbeing business, practice or community group can grow with confidence. Our new wellbeing space, The Wellhouse, is available for one‑to‑one sessions or small groups, complementing our Main Hall and Lounge

    The Wellhouse £10 per hour or £36 for 4 hour block. The Main Hall from £12 to 18 per hour depending on time and day. The Lounge £9 per hour or £32 for 4 hour block.

    Health and Wellbeing rates are subject to joining our Practitioner community.

    Please select 'Health and Wellbeing' as the booking type. When creating a booking remember to allow time for set up and tidy, include a description and select the approporiate Health and Wellbeing category.

      However, if your event doesn’t fit into a standard package, you can book our clean, modern spaces independently with our ‘Bespoke hire and room booking’ option.

      Bespoke hire and room booking

      Our specialised packages offer the best value and are designed to make your planning effortless. However, if your event doesn’t fit into a standard package, you can book our clean, modern spaces independently.

      Please note our minimum hire commitments before booking:

      • ⏱️ 3-Hour Minimum: All custom bookings require a minimum hire period of 3 consecutive hours.
      • 🧹 Include Your Setup & Tidy-Up Time: Your booking window must include all the time you need to set up beforehand and clean up afterward.
      • 🚪 Strict Timings: Access to the building is strictly limited to your booked hours to ensure fairness to other hirers.

      How to build your booking:

      1. Select Your Rooms: Choose the Main Hall, Lounge, or the self-contained Wellhouse annex.
      2. Choose Your Add-Ons: Select access to our fully equipped kitchen, modern AV systems, or licensed bar.
      3. Check Availability: View our live calendar to find your preferred date and times.

        Wedding reception (Member)

        Spaces
        The Main Hall seats up to 100 guests for your wedding breakfast, and the Lounge/Bar area provides a separate space for drinks. The car park (37 spaces) and village green are yours for the day, perfect for welcoming guests with drinks in the sunshine. The village green also has children’s play equipment for your younger guests.
        Furniture & crockery
        15 rectangular tables, 100 chairs, and 100 place settings of crockery and cutlery are all included.
        Sound, AV & lighting
        Integrated PA system with radio microphone for speeches. Disco-quality sound and laser lighting system for your evening reception. Projector, screen, laptop and HDMI cable. Bluetooth connectivity for playlists, or bring a live band or external DJ.
        Welcome display
        Our entrance has a large digital welcome display, included in your hire. Send us a PDF of your favourite photos in advance and we’ll load them so your slideshow is playing automatically when your guests arrive, no setup on the day, no cables to fuss with. Just a warm, personal welcome.
        Catering
        A catering-standard kitchen with oven, hob, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hot water, ready for whichever caterer you choose.

        From Friday 1800, Saturday until 23:00 and then Sunday 0900 to 12 noon

        A £200 security deposit confirms your booking, returnable within 10 working days after the event. The remaining hire charge is due 30 days before the day. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

        Children’s party (Member)

        • Our large private car park is attached to the Hall, enabling safe transfer from car to Hall
        • We have an integrated sound and lighting system for dance and play activities
        • We have our own village green with a children’s play area, so your guests can play indoors and outdoors!
        • Our large Main Hall gives ample space for play and games. The high ceiling will even accommodate a bouncy castle and the lounge space enables parents to sit and relax!
        • Our commercial grade kitchen enables you to prepare great party food!
        • Our Welcome screen allows you to share your own photos

        1. Soft play equipment is NOT included and for illustration purposes only
        2. Alternatively, you can configure your own Children’s Party options using our online booking system:
          1. Prices start from £66 for a minimum of 3 hours hire of the Main Hall only for set up, party and tidy up.
        3. Bouncy castles
          1. Height is not normally an issue (at the partition end of the hall). The Height of the cross beam from floor is 9’3″,
          2. The gap from partition to cross beam to the partition wall is 4 metres (13′ 1.5″).
