  • Our large private car park is attached to the Hall, enabling safe transfer from car to Hall

  2. Alternatively, you can configure your own Children’s Party options using our online booking system:
    1. Prices start from £66 for a minimum of 3 hours hire of the Main Hall only for set up, party and tidy up.
  3. Bouncy castles
    1. Height is not normally an issue (at the partition end of the hall). The Height of the cross beam from floor is 9’3″,
    2. The gap from partition to cross beam to the partition wall is 4 metres (13′ 1.5″).

Ready to take the next step? Complete our online application with your qualifications, certifications, public liability insurance, and the type of sessions you’d like to run. We review every application carefully, checking professional standards and fit with our broader programme, and we actively curate for diversity to offer the widest range of wellbeing support to our community. We’ll come back to you promptly.

Launch

This is where everything comes together. Start by getting clear on your target clients and how you’ll reach them — we can help you think it through, but the marketing plan needs to be yours. From there, we set you up on our booking system with full session descriptions and the right categories, so clients can find your classes. We’ll also build your Practitioner Profile, searchable by specialism and condition, and linked directly to your own website or ticketing platform — so when a client finds you, booking is one click away.

Grow

Your practice is live — now let’s build it. We’ll keep developing your marketing as your client base grows, and as a member of the Beech Practitioner Circle you’ll have regular chances to share best practice, exchange referrals and collaborate with fellow professionals. We also run community awareness events — talks, taster sessions and wellbeing days — to put your work in front of new audiences. Growing together is the whole point.

A note on planning

For a gathering of this kind, we would suggest having a small number of family members or trusted friends available to help with setting up on arrival and tidying at the end — this takes real pressure off the day.

We would also recommend arranging a dedicated caterer rather than relying on family to manage food. We maintain a list of local caterers who know the hall well and can handle everything from simple refreshments to a full buffet. [link: directory of local suppliers]
